Agave Berry Sauce
1 2/3 cups sauce
- 3 cups frozen strawberries or fresh strawberries, hulled, cleaned and quartered
- 1/2 cup Born Sweet® Organic Golden 100% Blue Agave Sweetener
Place cut strawberries with agave in medium saucepot and heat over medium heat, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low and crush fruit with a potato masher or the back of a fork until desired texture is achieved.
Serve warm or chill for up to one week in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
Serve with pancakes, waffles or french toast for breakfast.
